Northumberland Bat Group is made up of a group of people of all ages and backgrounds, (students, consultants, and mainly just interested people, all dedicated to the conservation of bats in the UK. But due to our location, we are particularly concerned with bats in the historic county of Northumberland, England.

We are an active group with talks, walks and ongoing projects happening all year round. If you would like to learn more about the Northumberland Bat Group – generally referred to as NBG, do read on and look at all of the pages of this website. We also have a Facebook page, full of pictures and up-to-date information.

If you would like to join the Northumberland Bat Group, it is free and easy to do so, just click on the sign-up form on the contact-us page and fill in your details. Once you subscribe to the mailing list, we will regard you as being a member. We will send out news letters from the Bat Conservation Trust (one per month) as well as updates on Northumberland Bat Group events.
